Great hotel with great service, facilities, and staff. Especial thanks to Virginia, the receptionist who first attended us. She was very friendly and helpful, and readily solved a major problem with the booking caused by the Booking.com application.

The hotel was lovely.. My boyfriend and I had a relaxing, restful holiday.. The staff were extremely helpful and came to our assistance any time we neededit. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff always greeted us with a good morning and a smile On the weekend I wanted to order a meal.. The young lady at the reception helped me read the menu and place the order.. We also had problems with our room safe, but the problem was dealt with very quickly.. Great customer service.. I would definitely recommend this hotel.. I will be using it again in the future..

Exceptionally good in every aspect! Starting with the lady at the check-in - such a warm, friendly welcome raises expectations for the rest of the stay. Which the hotel kept exceeding, day after day. The room seemed quite dark upon entering - but after a few minutes you start to notice the concept behind it all: The room lets you wind down and relax. The kids were happy with their bunk beds, we were more than happy with our main bed and the bedside lamps ( incl. adjustable reading lights and enough sockets, some even with USB charging sockets) On the "downside": The room was quite hot. On the "upside": no noisy airconditioning, but a fan to bring in the cooler air from outside. Keep the window tilted and the curtains closed at night and the noise from the highway is hardly noticeable. Breakfast here is simply unbelievable! I've seen quite a few hotels over the last 20+ years - and some of them came close, but this has been the best breakfast buffet I have enjoyed ever! Hotelmanager Jeroen gets bonus points - not only for sharing the same first name with me- but also because of his willingness to go out of his way to make our stay as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. Everybody seems to be dedicated to provide the best experience possible - and it sure shows off.

The hotel interior was very nice and clean. The bathroom was nicely presented and clean. The bedroom was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy. Breakfast was very nice.

From the outside I looks a bit worn down. But inside it’s really a positive surprise. Rooms and bed are very comfortable. The breakfast menu is super nice and even the breakfast area is very pleasant. I really enjoyed my stay there

All the main attractions are 20 min away, easy access to the road to the center. It's a hidden gem maybe because of the outside looks while the inside is amazing.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room very clean and neat. Feels very new. Breakfast was the same everyday but delicious. Toilet well ventilated and the floors had heating. Huge TV that was very enjoyable. Bed is awesome. Super comfy. Definitely would stay again.

The room was perfect and was clean. We stayed with my family (2 kids and 2 adults) Bathroom was also ok and had a nice shower. Glostrup is just outside Copenhagen but within 15 minutes you are in Copenhagen. Breakfast was very good.
